CNC Machining Centers T R Savage’s newest member to its line is a Mori Seiki horizontal machining centre, NH400 DCG with twin pallet and thru coolant (560mm x 560mm x 650mm). Being our first horizontal machine it has opened up new avenues of work for us. Together with cleverly designed fixtures the horizontal is capable of a 25% reduction in machine time and equipped with a twin pallet allowing us no downtime. Our workshop is also equipped with four CNC machining centers, all with 4th axis capability, that are well tooled for most customer requirements (1,000mm x 400mm x 400mm). Michael, Bruce and Vivek, our Machining Center operators, are equipped with a sound knowledge in machine tools and an ability to think outside the box.  They have become key members to the success of this machine for T R Savage. Balaji, our Milling Supervisor, is in charge of keeping all the machining centers running on a tight schedule.
