CNC Lathes We have three Mori Seiki 5-Axis NL2500 Lathes with 80mm bore, equipped with sub spindles and bar feeders. They are set up to run some of our longer production jobs and can produce parts 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Peter, our Lathe area Supervisor, along with Sahni and Jay, are in charge of keeping these machines running while maintaining a minimum amount of downtime. We have four Mori Seiki 2-Axis Lathes all with Fapt Control, allowing for quick program development and the capacity to accommodate 350mm dia x 1000mm long.  Jon with his 25 plus years of experience keeps our older machines producing newer and more specialised product beyond our expectations. He also oversees the development of David and Simon, the T R Savage apprentices. The diversity of our CNC lathes along with skilled workers allows T R Savage to specialise in high quality and intricate machining jobs. All our machines are subject to an inspection process to ensure they maintain tight and accurate tolerances.
