A note from Larry Savage; T R Savage & Son Pty Ltd was founded by Thomas Robert Savage, my grandfather, in the early 1900's. Today it represents one of the most innovative and technologically competent Toolrooms, CNC and General Machining shops in Australia. The company was incorporated in 1956 as T R Savage & Son Pty Ltd. I joined the company in 1977 after completing my apprenticeship as a toolmaker. I gained extensive and invaluable experience in Mould Maintenance and Machining in the glass industry, before bringing these skills onboard. My wife Lorelle joined the company in 1992 and my son Joel Savage in 2004. At T R Savage we are committed to the continued growth of our business.  The relocation in 1997 from Newtown to a 2,800sq metre factory in Fairfield has enabled us to significantly expand our operation. We currently have over 25 employees who provide a wide range of experiences and skills including a number of apprentices. We pride ourselves on being an ethical and equal opportunity company always committed to on going training. We operate a quality assurance system, meeting the AS/NZ ISO 9001-2000 international standards.
